Gather your tribe and take advantage of these amazing team offers when you book one of our 5km or 6km waves as a team. This offer applies to the Mud Tribe, Mud Tribe Sisters and Mud Tribe Blast waves. The bigger your tribe, the better the rewards—from covering your parking costs to earning a generous Nuclear voucher for future adventures. Pick the wave that suits your team and rally your tribe today!
How to get the offer
- Set Up Your Team: Select your race, register as the Team Captain, reserve your team space, and choose a team name (minimum 5 members). Complete your registration and pay only for your ticket.
- Hit 20 Members: Once your team reaches 20 members, you are eligible for 4 free car parking spaces, worth £20 in total.
- Hit 30 members: When your team reaches 30 members it qualifies for a £50 Nuclear voucher on top of the free car parking
- Hit 50 members: When your team reaches 50 members it qualifies for a free Mud Tribe race ticket on top of the other two rewards.
When your team reached a milestone, please email mudtribe@nuclearessex.com to unlock your reward(s).
How to Book a Team (Team Captain)
Follow these simple steps to set up your mission crew (minimum 5 team members required):
- Select Your Event: As the Team Captain, choose the event you would like to enter.
- Start a Team: Scroll down to the team entry tabs and click on “Sign up a team now.”
- Name Your Team: Enter your unique team name.
- Choose Wave Time: Select the team wave start time. It is critical that you choose a wave time with enough spaces for the whole team.
- Set Team Size: Enter the number of places you would like to book or hold (include your entry).
- Confirm Signup: Click Sign up now.
- Identify Yourself: Select the “Are you the team captain YES.”
- Enter Details: Fill in your personal details.
- Pay & Finish: At the bottom, you can choose to finish and pay for your space, or add the details of another team member and pay for them.
- Confirmation: Once paid, a personal confirmation email and Team confirmation email will be sent to the team captain. The team confirmation will include the link to join the team which you can share with all team members.
Holding Places for Your Team
When the team captain creates a team and pays for their own space, those places are reserved for a maximum of 30 days from the original registration date (Excluding all Rookie events). After this period, the reserved places will automatically be placed back for sale on the website.
Please Note: Reserved entries are not associated with the entry fee. If there is a price rise during the reserved timeframe, this will impact those registering to your team.
How Team Members Join
Get Details: Your Team Captain will send you a booking link from their team confirmation email.
Fill Form: Complete the registration form.
Pay & Finish: At the end of the form, you can choose to finish and pay or add another member then pay.
Confirmation: Once paid, a confirmation email will be sent.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: MUD TRIBE TEAM OFFER
This offer provides tiered rewards (free parking and vouchers) for teams securing event entries for 20 or more participants in a qualifying Mud Tribe wave.
Eligibility & Application
Qualifying Wave: The booking must be made as a team in one of the following 5km or 6km waves: Mud Tribe, Mud Sisters or Mud Tribe Blast.
Reward Tiers:
20+ Participants: Qualifies the team for 4 x Free Parking Passes (£20 value).
30+ Participants: Qualifies the team for 1 x Nuclear Voucher (£50 value).
50+ Participants: Qualifies the team for 1 x free Mud Tribe ticket.
Voucher Value: The Nuclear Voucher is issued at a face value of £50.
Restrictions & Limitations
Exclusions: This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or voucher codes. This offer does not apply to the main Nuclear Races events (Rush, Fallout) or any other sub-brand activities.
Non-Transferable: Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. Free parking passes are only valid for the event date booked.
Booking & Administrative Terms
Claiming Rewards: Rewards must be claimed by contacting the Nuclear Essex team once the respective team milestones are reached.
Availability: Entry is subject to wave availability at the time of booking.
Right to Refuse: Nuclear Essex reserves the right to refuse this offer if it is reasonably believed that the booking does not meet all of the stated qualifying criteria.
Withdrawal: This offer is valid until further notice and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
