Brentwood Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2025

We’re honoured to have won both Business of the Year and Customer Service Award at the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce Awards 2025! This incredible recognition celebrates our team’s passion, dedication, and commitment to delivering outstanding outdoor experiences across all of Nuclear Essex.

We’re thrilled to announce that we been awarded both the Customer Service Award and the Business of the Year Award at the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2025. This recognition means so much to us. It reflects the passion, hard work, and heart that our whole team puts into everything we do across Nuclear Races, Nuclear Fit, Nuclear Wild Forest, Nuclear High Ropes, and the Kelvedon Hatch Secret Nuclear Bunker.

Winning the Customer Service Award is a particularly proud moment for our team. Exceptional service is at the core of everything we do; whether we’re helping a family plan their first outdoor adventure, supporting a school trip, guiding visitors through the Secret Nuclear Bunker, or cheering on racers at the finish line. We go above and beyond to make every experience memorable. From answering messages out of hours to tailoring events for schools, businesses, and charities, our focus has always been on people. Every interaction matters to us, and that personal touch has helped us build a community that feels more like family. Our dedication to our customers is reflected in our feedback, with consistently high satisfaction scores and hundreds of five-star reviews across all areas of our business. These reviews are a reminder that what we do makes a real difference to people’s lives, helping them connect, challenge themselves, and enjoy the great outdoors.

Being named Business of the Year is an honour that goes beyond any single event or location. It’s a celebration of how far we’ve come as a collective, a group of connected, purpose-driven organisations that share one mission: to help people of all ages get active outdoors. From hosting world-class obstacle races to running school trips, corporate team days, and inclusive outdoor sessions, everything we do is powered by the same spirit of teamwork and enthusiasm. Our team works tirelessly behind the scenes, planning, maintaining, building, and supporting, to create safe, exciting, and welcoming environments for everyone. Their energy and commitment are the heartbeat of Nuclear Essex, and these awards belong to them as much as to the business itself.

This recognition comes at an exciting time for us. As we launch Nuclear Essex, we’re bringing all our experiences and venues together under one identity to make it even easier for people to explore everything we offer. New websites, streamlined booking systems, and improved accessibility are all part of our commitment to delivering the best possible customer experience. Winning these awards has inspired us to keep pushing forward, to innovate, to grow, and to continue creating unforgettable outdoor adventures that bring people together. We’re immensely proud of what we’ve achieved, grateful to the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce for this recognition, and excited for what’s next. At Nuclear Essex, our mission remains simple: to help people move more, laugh more, and make memories outdoors.
