This empowering outdoor morning is designed to bring women together, build confidence and encourage movement in a supportive, judgement free environment. Whether you are pushing your limits or just giving it a go, it’s all about showing up and having fun.
This 2 hour event will include mud, obstacles and functional fitness, plus fun and laughter with likeminded ladies. Finish the morning in the best possible way with a cuppa and a slice of cake. Real women. Real mud. Real Fun.
