This offer provides a specified number of free spaces for accompanying teachers or adult supervisors when booking an eligible school/educational group activity. These terms apply to bookings made with this promotion at Nuclear Essex.
Eligibility & Application
Offer Scope: The number of free spaces is limited to one free adult supervisor/teacher for every 10 paying students (a 1:10 ratio). Additional staff will be charged at the standard group rate.
Applicable Packages: This offer only applies to official school/educational group bookings (including scout leaders and sports coaches) at Nuclear Adventures and Nuclear Wild Forest. It excludes Nuclear Races, private hire, and non-educational group bookings.
Verification: All bookings must be made on behalf of a verifiable educational institution.
Discount Application: The value of the eligible free spaces will be deducted from the total cost of the booking.
Restrictions & Limitations
Exclusions: This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or voucher codes.
Non-Transferable: Free spaces are only valid for the necessary supervising staff/teachers and cannot be exchanged for cash, student spaces, or any other product or service.
Price Basis: The free space applies to the standard price of the activity. It does not apply to catering, add-ons, or upgrades.
Booking & Administrative Terms
Booking Method: To claim this offer, the booking must be secured directly via email with the Nuclear Essex Schools team at schools@nuclearessex.com.
Availability: All bookings are subject to activity availability at the time of booking and may not apply to all dates or times.
Cancellation & Changes: Bookings made with this offer are subject to our standard cancellation and amendment policy.
Right to Refuse: Nuclear Essex reserves the right to refuse this offer if it is reasonably believed that the booking does not meet all of the stated qualifying criteria.
Withdrawal: This offer is valid until further notice and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
