High Ropes
Age 6+

Ready to leave the ground behind? Our High Ropes adventure is a thrilling, sky-high experience that will test your nerves, challenge your balance, and leave you buzzing with adrenaline.
You’ll navigate suspended bridges, swinging platforms, rope crossings, and zip wires up to 8 metres above the forest floor as part of our High Ropes course.
Whether you’re conquering fears or chasing fun, every step is a chance to prove what you’re made of.

Obstacle Taster - 2K
Age 6+
Approx. 1 Hour
All abilities
The 2km Obstacle Taster is designed for anyone aged 6 + years who want to experience a short, enjoyable introduction to obstacle racing.
Discover a mixture of climbing, hanging, and crawling challenges across a selection of beginner friendly obstacles. You’ll be guided by a dedicated instructor around the course, ensuring a safe, supportive experience for everyone.
Expect plenty of laughs, a splash of mud, and a great sense of achievement, all of which can be rounded off at our fire pit at the end of the session – don’t forget your sticks and marshmallows!Â
All fitness levels welcome.
- 2km course, with 10 - 15 obstacles to tackle.
- Run, jog or walk the course.
- Hosted by a designated instructor.

Nuclear Rush
Age 4+

Prepare for the ultimate muddy obstacle course race at Nuclear Rush. Choose your challenge on our 6km or 12km courses; there’s over 70 obstacles on the 12km course, including our famous Death Slides and para-plunge zip lines. Our exciting courses are designed to test every fitness level, whether you’re a beginner, a seasoned mud racer, an individual, Rookie or family. This event is a must-do race!

Nuclear FIT
Age 16+

Nuclear Fit is the ultimate outdoor fitness race. This dynamic event combines six 1km trail runs with powerful workout stations. It’s a full-body test that blends endurance and functional fitness in one exhilarating race. Nuclear Fit is the perfect goal to train for, way to challenge yourself and discover what you’re truly capable of.

Mud Tribe
Age 4+
Approx. 2 Hours

We ramp up the fun on the 5km course, with even more mud, foam and laughs! Make some muddy memories for your Tribe to treasure.
Join us for a day of excitement, encouragement and lots of fun!
With achievable fun obstacles that will have you smiling and laughing all the way round.
Following it’s popularity in our inaugural 2025 event we’ll also have a female only Mud Tribe Sisters start time between 12:30pm – 1:30pm.
- Wide variety of obstacles - no upper body strength required!
- Go at your own pace; no chip timing.
- Hot wash downs and changing rooms at the end of the course.
- Water obstacles but no full water submersion.

Secret Nuclear Bunker Tour
All Ages

Take a step back in time to the Cold War era with a visit to the Kelvedon Hatch Secret Nuclear Bunker. This massive underground complex is the biggest and deepest Cold War bunker open to the public in the Southeast of England.
As a Regional Government Headquarters, the bunker would have housed hundreds of staff, including Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. Our self guided audio bunker tour is a fascinating opportunity to explore this unique piece of history and discover the secrets that would have unfolded in the event of a nuclear war.

By Train and taxi, we’re just 15 minutes from Brentwood station (on the mainline from Liverpool St) or 15 minutes from Epping Underground station.
