TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Nuclear Adventures Summer Ticket Sale
Eligibility & Application
- Offer Scope: This promotion provides a summer discount on standard adult tickets, reducing them to the matching child rate (with promotional rates starting from £21.50).
- Validity: The promotional rates are available and valid strictly for bookings scheduled and attended between 20th July 2026 and 31st August 2026 inclusive.
- Pricing: Reduced rates will be automatically applied and shown at the time of online purchase.
- Applicable Products: This discount applies to standard individual activity tickets only. It cannot be applied to the purchase of gift vouchers, merchandise, food/beverage, or special external events not listed in the standard activity calendar.
Restrictions & Limitations
- Cancellations & No-Shows: Nuclear Adventures must be notified of any booking cancellations via adventures@nuclearessex.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the loss of the ticket without a refund or reschedule.
- Non-Transferable: Promotional tickets are strictly non-transferable. Only the named participant(s) on the booking may use the tickets. Any attempted misuse of promotional tickets will result in immediate cancellation without compensation.
- Rescheduling: Bookings made under this promotion cannot be rescheduled to dates outside of the validity window (20th July – 31st August 2026) unless the ticket holder pays the price difference to upgrade to a standard-rate adult ticket.
- Refunds: Refunds for cancelled promotional bookings are only available if requested within the validity period and in accordance with our 48-hour cancellation policy. All approved refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of account credit.
General Terms
- Right to Refuse: Nuclear Essex reserves the right to refuse the promotional rate or entry if it is reasonably believed that the booking does not meet all safety ratios, age restrictions, or qualifying criteria.
- Withdrawal: This promotional offer is strictly time-limited to the 2026 Summer holiday period and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
