TERMS AND CONDITIONS: NUCLEAR FIT GROUP OFFER
This offer provides one complimentary event entry and a 10% group discount for eligible Nuclear Fit group bookings, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility & Application
Offer Scope: The offer is valid for registered groups of 10 or more participants booking an eligible Nuclear Fit event.
Free Entry Qualification: One complimentary entry will be issued per registered group booking of 10 or more paid participants.
Discount Qualification: A 10% discount applies to standard ticket prices when 10 or more participants book using the official group discount code provided by Nuclear Essex.
Booking Method: All group members must book using the designated group discount code or booking link provided following enquiry. The free entry and discount must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added retrospectively.
Wave Booking Option: Groups may request to book an exclusive wave, subject to availability and minimum participant numbers as determined by Nuclear Essex.
Private Training Sessions: Private Nuclear Fit training sessions are optional and subject to availability, scheduling and additional fees where applicable.
Restrictions & Limitations
Event Eligibility: The offer applies to Nuclear Fit events only and does not automatically extend to other Nuclear Essex events unless explicitly stated.
Minimum Numbers: If the group booking falls below the minimum of 5 paid participants, the discount and complimentary entry will not apply.
Non-Transferable: Complimentary entries and discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative products.
No Retrospective Claims: Discounts and free entries cannot be applied after a booking has been completed.
Combination with Other Offers: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount or special offer unless confirmed in writing by Nuclear Essex.
Standard Pricing Variations: Discounts apply to standard ticket pricing only and do not apply to merchandise, add-ons or optional extras unless specified.
General Terms
Availability: All benefits, including wave bookings and training sessions, are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Changes: Standard event cancellation, transfer and amendment policies apply to all bookings made under this offer.
Right to Refuse: Nuclear Essex reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer if eligibility criteria are not met.
Amendments & Withdrawal: Nuclear Essex reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
